Age
A.A. refers it to the Lower Miocene and correlates it mainly with the salt-bearing suite A1 of N.P. Vasilkovsky (126; 444). Along B.I. Pinhasov, these deposits are a constituent part of the Aksukon (salt-bearing) suite. Yu.R. Smolnikov et al. (1973) conditionally refer them to the Upper Miocene. The use of this stratigraphic name is not recommended.
